Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, or earrings, unless they are faulty.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Final Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return and receive further instructions.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with details on how to return your items.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return using a tracked and insured delivery service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a refund, exchange, or store credit upon receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return transit.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process.
  • These costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings
